My favorite aspect about Lightning Logistics’ culture is the ability to grow personally and professionally. Each time we are evaluated in our performance we are asked our personal and career goals, and consider ways to reach them with Lightning. I also enjoy the laid back atmosphere. We are able to be ourselves comfortably at work.
